General Elements

Explanation of the general elements of the Workspace page

Mode Buttons

On the top left of the page you can see two buttons that allow you to change the mode. The workspace is divided into two modes: one for writing listings and one for storing background information.

Listing and Creation Modes

Preview Box

The preview box can be seen in the listing as well as in the creation mode. It is used to add designs, create placeholders and thus navigate through the various entries.

Upload Design Button

Clicking this button opens your file explorer to upload one or more image files. Alternatively, you can drag & drop them into the whole preview box area as well.

Add Placeholders Button

Placeholders are temporary images that are used while the original file is not yet available. This is especially relevant when you are planning a design and already want to write keywords and listings for it. In the number field next to the button you select the amount of placeholders you want to create and then click Add Placeholder.

Six Added Placeholders

Select All Button

After adding images or placeholders to the preview box, you can select or deselect them all at once using the Select All button. Alternatively, shortcuts for multiple selection of images also work.

Plus Icon (Add)

If there's already designs loaded into the preview box and you want to add more, the plus icon offers you to do so.

Adult Icon

By clicking the adult icon all your selected images will get an adult label. This label means to automatically deselect the upload options for children.

Single View

Clicking the single view icon will change the preview box's view to only show one image.

Template Assignment

Open the template dropdown and selecting a template then assigns it to the selected designs. This ensures that various presets are applied to this design.

List View

The normal view of the preview box shows you only six images by default. If you have a lot of designs loaded, you can start the List View to open an overlay window that makes it easier for you to work with the designs. The List View offers the same functions as the Preview Box.
